I appreciate what you are doing in encouraging special needs kid.  I believe it's totally fine to have one kid press the green button.  Good luck.

Rookie coach here. I have a team member with gross and fine motor skills limitations. Setting up the robot is extremely hard for him but he is my most eager and willing participant. Is it okay if his only role is to push the start button and confirm alignment? He is nervous about costing his team points on teamwork.
