Hi

I need one clarification for crane mission. 

The mission says:
Independent and supported by another blue unit -15
And Level one is completely in the blue circle -15

Is it true that, even though level one is completely in blue circle, we don't get any points for that if the 1st condition is not met (Independent and supported by another blue unit)?
