As we get ready for tomorrow's tournament, I understand that we can have a "historian" in the judging room in addition to the two coaches. We have selected another parent in that role.

1) Do we need a release form for that parent? I am guessing "yes".

2) Should that parent be listed on our team information sheet? I am guessing "no".
