Some of them, specifically the Plano tackle boxes were designed around NXT but have probably been updated/adapted for the EV3.  I've been out of it for a bit and haven't updated all my links.  Feedback welcome.

Ziplocs are good but if you use them a lot, they begin to get holes.  If not used a lot, no big deal.  Other options are bins from the dollar store or a tool-cabinet type thing from a hardware store (Home Depot or such).
