I had a feeling, since that’s what they did with NXT 2 years after they introduced EV3. I’ve been holding on to an ever smaller number of working EV3 bricks because I was worried they’d move to Spike PRIME or Robot Inventor (51515), so I’ve been waiting to see which platform would be the new “it” kit for FLL.

YES! I didn't use them for FLL, but I I had them in my classroom. What a pain they were!

Progress is inevitable.

Does anyone remember the good old days when FLL used the RCX?

How about the infrared tower that required foil blocking barriers to prevent inadvertent downloads.?

For the VADC FLL community, does this change anything? I suspect not, but it would be nice to hear any official guidance.
