If the detail isn't mentioned then it doesn't matter. There's no limitations on size of the art piece, it's up to the team to decide. The team can use the bricks in bag 4 to make your art peace but you don't have to. There is an update that says that your team must identify the art piece that is going to be used. Other than that it's up to the team.
