Assalamu allaykum,
Thanks for forwarding my last email request on how to send non-monetary
donations for Pakistan. Based on calls/emails received from some people, I feel
that my last message was not clear enough. I have updated the following
donation request with necessary information. Please forward it again.

Hidaya Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) educational and charitable
organization with FEIN 77-0502583. In addition to monetary donations, they are
planning to send several 40 ft. ocean freight containers with relief supplies
to Pakistan. Donations of bulk medicines and medical supplies, traditional
Pakistani clothes, shoes, pots/pans, toys and school supplies for children in
camps etc. are being collected. If you have any new or used (in good condition)
cloths, shoes, toys, pots/pans, school and medical supplies, you can package the
items in a box and ship by FedEx, UPS or USPS to following address. They will
send a receipt for tax purposes.

of this organization. I just came across their initiative and wanted to share
