The
strategic plan for the General Commission on Religion
and Race served as the catalyst in the creation of the agency’s new staffing
structure. The new structure will be led by three executives called team
leaders who will guide the agency’s efforts in Monitoring and Advocacy, Program
Ministries and Communications.
In
addition, three program level positions have been created to resource annual
conferences, to lead advocacy ministries and coordinate monitoring activities,
including reviews of annual conferences, seminaries and general agencies.
