I think I met Sally on only a few occasions. Yet, she exuded such warmth that she made me feel like an old friend. Her groundbreaking work captured that spirit.

I am truly saddened and will miss her. Sally was such a basically good person. I continue to draw on her work.
At least I am glad we have Joan and Nancy's film of her. We could show clips at any memorial.
