Michele, The info given on the events is correct. You may have an extra match that qualifies at some events, however, only your highest score counts. The team should attempt as many missions as they want, but tell them that it is important to have a few consistent ones. Performance is only 25% of their score for the day, so they should also be prepared for the judging interviews. Are we trying to complete as many missions as we can in one 2.5 minute time period? We have a young team so we have set our goals to hopefully completing 3 to 4 missions successfully. I am just trying to get an idea of how long the tournament day will be because if we all just have 2.5 minutes it seems like it will go pretty quickly...I guess I am trying to visualize the competition day since I am a newbie! > Thanks for any input! > > Michele Bossick > > -- > ______________________________ > Michele Bossick > Technology Educator-Lower School > Nansemond-Suffolk Academy > 3373 Pruden Blvd. > Suffolk, VA 23434 > [log in to unmask] > 757.539.8789 > > > The mission of Nansemond-Suffolk Academy is to provide an academically rigorous college preparatory education in an atmosphere fostering moral character, respect, responsibility and compassion.
