Sally: After signing, the site requests a donation (totally ignorable). But that is after, not before.  Thanks for sharing Shay.  While the whole piece is vile, especially given the current state of the job market I just can't believe what this woman did to those doctoral students!

This petition requires that you pay to include your name.  This seems problematic and undemocratic to me.  There are other petition sites that ask for but don't require payment.  I'm sorry that I can't sign.  --Sally
