Hi Skip,
If you go into your coach account, there is a place where you can invite
team members.  You enter in the child and parent's name, and the parent's
email, and they will receive an email invitation saying something like,
"Congratulations, you have been invited to Team X" with a link where they
will need to go and create an account and enter basic info like birthdate,
etc, about the child.  Then, after they have created an account, you will
need to go back in and accept them.  After that, there is a button where
you can print the roster.  Hope that helps!
