Hello Coaches, We're unable to download from the EV3 brick. The PC downloader port seems to be jammed. Could you please guide and suggest solutions to correct it. We're unable to download using the USB drive too...any suggestions if somebody has used it...or explored other options for example, wifi or Bluetooth.... Thanks for your help.
