I am exploring having my team (Capital Teens) host a post-championship
tournament workshop in NOVA where rookie teams can play judges for seasoned
teams. Interested rookie teams and seasoned teams willing to share, please
contact me at [log in to unmask] <mailto:[log in to unmask]> . If the
interest is high, I am happy to coordinate. My goal is for rookie teams to
see project, technical and core values presentations from experienced teams.
We will also share robot strategy, designs and programs.

If you are a frustrated rookie coach, it gets better. Most people on the
forum have been rookie coaches and understand the frustration. FIRST is a
community and there are many people willing to mentor and provide insight so
your team has a fun experience.

Thanks,

Scott Rakestraw
