About the Area:
Located on the Maryland Eastern Shore, Washington College was founded in 1782 under the patronage of George Washington. The College has approximately 1400 students. Air Travel and Free SWIP Shuttle
* The two major airports in relative proximity are Philadelphia International Airport and Baltimore/Washington International Airport.
* Since Washington College is 90 minutes from either airport, and some will not want to rent a car, we will offer one free Friday evening and Sunday afternoon shuttle between Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI) and the College. * If you intend to fly, seek to use BWI airport so you can take advantage of the free SWIP shuttle to and from the College.
