We should add that there will be a session at the Pacific APA sponsored by the Society for Philosophy and Disability on the subject.

Two ideas: (1) The film The Sessions, which is a quite accurate rendition of a real disabled person's life (that person was a poet and essayist, so his own writing is available), and (2) Ray Aldred of McGill Univ. has AOSes in both Phil and Disability and Phil and Sexuality and is writing on the intersect of these subjects.  He would have some thoughtful recommendations and possibly an essay on the topic ready to go.  The Society for Phil and Disability is sponsoring a session on this topic at the 2016 PacDiv meeting.

Subject: reading on the philosophy of sex & disability?

Dear FEASTers,

Can anyone recommend an article on the philosophy of sex & disability suitable for upper-level undergrads?  I'd like to add a reading or two in this vein to my phil of sex & love syllabus.  Suggestions welcome!

all best,

Carol Hay
