More sorter questions: If we have a Leniency and are allowed to pull out
the plastic bag from the sorter, how fast does it happen? Who does it?
Rules appear to allow either referees or kids to do it. Kids with short
arms are going to have trouble reaching across and may inadvertently
demolish something. Should we request the ref to help (quickly!)? And where
does the plastic bag go? Can we put it wherever we like after extracting it
from the sorter?
