We are only a few weeks away from Teacher Recruitment Day on Thursday, March 31, 2016 from

10 a.m. – 4 p.m. in the Madison Union Ballroom! I encourage you to stop by to see your students in action.

 

Teacher Recruitment Day details

The career fair portion of the event will take place from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m., at which time the schools/organizations will have the opportunity to meet students and select candidates to interview from 12 – 4p.m. Currently, we have 66 organizations scheduled to participate from all over Virginia, Maryland, South Carolina, Georgia, and more. Job Search Preparation

All year, I’ve been sending 2015-2016 student teachers direct emails with information, postings, documents, and resources for their job search. And, lastly, I’ve met with many of the students in individual appointments or through evening workshops. It is my hope your students have had ample opportunities to get the career-related information they need!
