I agree that we should do something in response to Turning Point USA's recently formed "professor watchlist." But we might want to think a little bit more before we decide on the best way to trip up this watchlist. Turning Point USA seems to be quite a bizarre and scary group. (They also sponsor student trips to Israel and retreats that fuel up students with neoconservative ideology and pamphlets.) Perhaps if lots of us signed up for the list, this would trip them up; however, as Ladelle noted, we would probably need a lot of people (and perhaps some well-known people?) to make this effective. As another possibility, do you think the APA would make a statement in response to the watchlist?
