I have befriended a man who is incarcerated and has written some very good critical analysis of moral and epistemological issues related to prison life.  He recently presented a paper (by phone) at a Villanova philosophy conference, which was very well received.  Can anyone suggest any other conferences or journals to which he might submit his pieces?
