Hello everyone!
If your team is coming to Harrisonburg for the Championship this weekend, I would like to ask for your help.  With 108 teams coming from all over Virginia and DC, this is one of the largest robotics tournaments in the world, and an incredible experience for all  involved.  But we need your help to make this weekend great!

Can you ask one parent or coach from your team to volunteer as a judge in the opposite age division on Saturday?

Parents don't have anything to do on Saturday, and coaches can judge in the opposite age division while their team is at the student activities.  (There is some overlap however, so if you are a coach, you will need to make sure your other coach can be with the team until you return.) Coaches often learn so much by volunteering as judges, and it really gives you a great opportunity to see what other teams can do.  It would be a great display of gracious professionalism for you to help us out with this.  Please also know that you will be playing a huge part to inspire young people to be science and technology leaders and innovators!

If you can identify ONE parent or coach to judge in the opposite age division, please email me the following information:

Name
Contact Info (email and cell phone)
What team you are affiliated with (Team number and division)
What role you would prefer, or anything about yourself that will help us place you a role that will be a great fit for you

Thank you in advance for your help!  If your team parents are coming anyway, this really is a great opportunity for them to be inspired and have an impact on Saturday!

Thank you!
Sonya
