Dear TOK Society List Members,

I am writing to let folks know that we are planning a conference on themes that are central to this list, namely questions about a “Big” Theory of Knowledge and the various angles one might take on that. The attached provides an overview, and more additions are flowing in. It will take place here at JMU. It will start in the late afternoon Thursday, April 12, and the go for the whole day April 13th.

The conference will be “invite only,” and everyone on this list is invited! I have spoken to a number of you already, but if anyone is interested in attending whom I have not spoken with, please contact me and I can let you know about it. If you are traveling, it is possible we might be able to assist with some travel, but that fund is beginning to run low. If you are interested in making a presentation, please let me know.

I am looking forward to it, as it should be an excellent opportunity for the group to come together and share in an excellent series of presentations and conversations about this crucial topic.

Best,
Gregg
