Hi List,
I am writing to let folks know that the focus of the list will be on the upcoming conference sponsored by this society, Toward a Big Theory of Knowledge, here at JMU, April 12 and 13 (flyer attached).

I am going to add all conference participants to this list on Monday, and then will remove anyone who would like after the conference. The goal is to build momentum into the conference by fostering engagement and points of discussion. Everyone who is presenting will have an opportunity, if they would like, to share their slides on this list and invite comments and questions.

To initiate that build up, starting Monday, I will be leading this list on a tour of the ToK/UTUA system, with a special focus on the key elements that lead up to the conference. In particular, I will be highlighting the language game of the key elements that make up the system and will be sharing why the system might succeed as a big theory of knowledge where others have not.

Here let me share that I have developed a Theory of Knowledge Society symbol:

I welcome feedback on it. I will be offering brief summaries of the nine key elements that make up this Tree. And I will also be sharing the argument why the "problem of psychology" and its solution is crucial to questions about how to move toward a more complete theory of knowledge.

Per usual, I welcome thoughts or comments

Best,
Gregg
