Dear Colleagues

Attached please find an expanded version of the paper a portion of which I
read at our conference a couple of weeks ago. I have spent some time since
then trying to make it as relevant to at least some aspects of our
discussion as I could, but it is still rough and very schematic, Final
papers and exams begin to arrive tomorrow, so I have to leave it where it
stands for now, so I offer it for what it is worth.

I enjoyed being with you very much, and regret that my participation had to
be quite limited due to family circumstances. I look forward to our future
discussions and would welcome any reactions you might have to suggestions I
tried to make regarding the development of TOK going forward.

all good wishes for the summer

Frank
