On Tuesday, because we had been trucking along at a pretty good rate, I shifted gears and we spent the entire class blending personality and social psychology by analyzing clips from Seinfeld. We analyzed the “justification, investment, influence” dynamics across 25 classic clips. We explore the J I I dynamics from within the perspective of the characters, from the audience and from our own perspectives, 25 years later.
