EXHIBIT SCHEDULE:

FIRST teams can choose to volunteer as an exhibitor for the entire period (6 ½ hours) or half-day (3 ½ hours).  Please be aware that lunch is not provided to FIRST teams; teams should plan for their lunch accordingly.  Teams will have the opportunity to take a lunch break, as needed. 

 

Full-day FIRST Team Exhibit Schedule:

7:30 am to 8:00 am – Load-in & Set-up

8:00 am to 2:30 pm – Exhibit Period

 

Half-day FIRST Team Exhibit Options:

Morning Shift – 8:00 am to 11:30 am; arrive at 7:30 am for set-up

Afternoon Shift – 11:30 am to 2:30 pm; arrive at 11:00 am for set-up

 

ABOUT THE FIRST EXHIBIT:

Exhibit area is located in the lobby in the Hilton Richmond Hotel Conference Center.  There will be one table in our exhibit space.  Wall outlets are available at no charge.  However, you will need to bring your own extension cords.  Internet will also be available at no extra charge.

 

FRC and FTC teams can bring ONE (1) robot supported by up to 3 students.

• If bringing more than 3 students, adult mentor can put student members in shift schedule to support the exhibit at all times.
• FRC/FTC robot can be moving or static.
• Team should be prepared to talk about both technical and non-technical team experience.

 

FLL team can bring the team’s robot and project poster (if they have one) from this season or previous seasons.  Team’s display can be supported by up to 2 students.

• If bringing more than 2 students, adult coach can put student members in shift schedule to support the exhibit at all times.
• FLL robot can be moving or static.  We will NOT have an FLL table at this event because space is limited. 
• Team should be prepared to talk about both technical and non-technical team experience.

 

FLL Jr team can bring the team’s LEGO model and Show Me Poster from this season or previous seasons.  Team’s display can be supported by up to 2 students.

• If bringing more than 2 students, adult coach can put student members in shift schedule to support the exhibit at all times.
• FLL Jr LEGO model can be moving or static. 
• Team should be prepared to talk about both technical and non-technical team experience.
