Dear List,

 Last week I shared a draft of Part I of a rather long self-help blog on depression. Attached is the updated version of that, and Part II. I plan on posting these blogs Monday and Tuesday of next week. If you get a chance to read them and have thoughts or suggestions, I welcome that. Also, I developed these blogs so that they can be shared with folks who are dealing with depression, so please feel free to forward them on to folks and see how they respond.
