I have a mathematical
image which pertains to the current interest in string theory, which is considered in the 11th dimension. Consider the third dimension of a set of blocks 10 in each direction, and then imagine in the each of 1,000 of blocks, another three dimensions of  10 blocks, i.e., the exponent is then six. , Then repeat this, so you have the 9th power, and call it the ninth dimension. For the 11th dimension, imagine 10 x 10 in each block. The final blocks are about the size the string theory predicts,
> 1/ one and eleven zeros. I would speculate that the information basic to consciousness and to abstraction somehow  is in those strings. For those of you who think you cannot understand mathematical imagery, try taking 9 childrens toy blocks and and build a box of three on each side. And then pick up 1 block and imagine it is also composed of 9 blocks. So then you have the idea. If pigeons can  learn an abstract mathematical principal you can do this too. Martin Johnson,
