To VA-DC FLL Jr Coaches:

On-line registration for official FIRST LEGO League Jr Expos in Virginia/DC will be available by end of January/early February.  Official FLL Jr Expos will be held in multiple locations in Virginia and DC between late February to May.  Most of these events are held during a weekend; there are a few that are held during a weekday evening.  

An FLL Jr Expo a half-day event (approximately 3 to 3 1/2 hours long).  FLL Jr teams are not limited to attending official FLL Jr Expos within their state/region.  This means that FLL Jr teams in Virginia/DC can certainly choose to attend an official FLL Jr Expo in Maryland.   

Copied on this message is our Assistant Director for VA-DC FLL Jr, Kaitlin Ilnitzki.  She will be sending the detailed message about VA-DC FLL Jr Expos very soon.  We are in the process of finalizing the event dates/time for these FLL Jr Expos.

Do you guys know if northern VA would have any FLL jr expo's this year? We are a first time FLL jr team from Northern VA and i do not see any expo locally here, i did see a couple of them in close to Richmond and a few in maryland, but trying to ask past participants about any idea about a local event?
