  I just wanted to share that I happened upon an excellent 8 minute clip on mindfulness meditation by my friend John Vervaeke.

  Although I do quite a bit of "psychological mindfulness" work via CALM MO, I have not done much actual meditation. This makes me want to start.

I just did five minutes and I commit to doing five minutes a day of this practice for at least the next seven days.
