Thank you for sharing. This is a perfect statement--actionable, precise, and thoughtful. I was happy to see that institutionally, we've been taking many of these initiatives already, but I've shared with the other chairs in my college and my dean to see if we can implement some of these additional ideas--especially regarding stipends.
