Thank you, Lene.
I modify my proposal to:
Bildung is founded upon the society and individuals having appropriate training in and exposure to:

Education.
Formal.
Informal, such as:
Existential knowledge:
Everyday knowledge - interaction of the self with the world, such as:
Cooking, riding a bicycle, using social media, cleaning, doing minor repairs, traffic rules, etc.
Intersubjective knowledge:
Social norms - interaction of the self with other/’s, such as:
Dress codes, social etiquette, etc.
Cultural knowledge – aesthetics, that which allows expression beyond verbal language, such as:
Music.
Visual arts.
Theater, dance, & other performing arts.
Poetry; literature.
Rituals and reconstructive enactments.
Emotional maturity.
Moral maturity.
Have you any corrections or comment?
Also, what might be considered the minimum level of formal education which is necessary to enable societal endorsement of Bildung by the populace (ignoring for the moment details about the content of that education).

Best regards,

Waldemar
