  Here is an excellent 12 minute educational video on emotions. I found it on a new website I am now exploring, called The Academy of Ideas. Looks really interesting. Please share if you have ever heard of it.

I wish the title of the video was “How to Be Courageous” rather than the much more pejorative “How to Stop Being a Coward”, but the content in the video and its message are key. This is the kind of stuff my kids should be learning in school.
