I encountered Owen on Alexander Bard’s list and he has had some very interesting exchanges with Daniel Fraga (also on the TOK) on his channel on ontological design. Both Owen and Daniel are creative thinkers plumbing fascinating ideas and philosophies for the 21^st Century.
