Hi TOK Society List,

I am please to share a YouTube interview I did with Guy Sengstock. Guy is the founder of Circling, which is a powerful relational practice that involves deep listening, empathy, and authentic relational feedback process that have influenced many across the globe. If you are not already aware of it, I strongly encourage folks to check out the Circling Institute. I also encourage you to check out Guy’s YouTube channel, as it has many excellent interviews with several folks whom I think of as being on the “leading edge of culture”, like Jordan Hall and Jordan Vervaeke.

Here is the video. It is a fairly long interview, over two hours and covers quite a bit of ground regarding the Unified Framework. If nothing else, please check out the first five minutes, and hear Guy’s summary of the exchange. I think he did a wonderful job and I deeply appreciate his heartfelt reflections. I also thought, not surprisingly, he was an excellent interviewer and had a deeply empathetic ear. I definitely felt known and valued following the experience 😊. I will be asking Guy to see if he might come and provide an overview of Circling for our TOK Society for one of our Monday meetings.

Best,
Gregg
