Our
Thriving
Together Well-Being Weekly presents resources for a different type of well-being practice each week.
This week, we're featuring part
6 of an 8-part series adapted from The Well-Being Lab 2020 Workplace Report, which our center helped produce.
The report is based on two surveys of more than 1,000 workers each, throughout the United States.
This week we're exploring
effectively
managing mental health at work. Feelings of struggle, anxiety, and stress are signs that something important for us is unfolding that needs our attention and action.
When effectively managed, then struggle does not undermine thriving.
Write one of these Thriving Together Well-Being Weekly features! We’re looking for contributions on all topics related to well-being. See
examples here and contact us at [log in to unmask] to
get started. Thank you for helping our Mason community thrive together online!
