I really like that soft blue, it makes the thin border of the circle stand
out more, providing contrast that draws the eyes to "Theory Of Knowledge"
even when it's behind the tree. You could probably accomplish that same
idea with the darker blue if you thicken the border a little bit too.

Also, just a thought, but "Theory Of Knowledge" seems pretty condensed into
that circle; you may want to consider more of an oval to space it out a bit
more.
