  I thought this was an interesting article on the science of Wisdom<https://aeon.co/essays/how-psychological-scientists-found-the-empirical-path-to-wisdom#:~:text=Wisdom%20was%20a%20prominent%20topic%20in%20ancient%20Egyptian,as%20divinity%2C%20sorcery%20or%20at%20the%20pharaoh%E2%80%99s%20court.>. It argues the essence of wisdom from a "behavioral science" vantage point is meta-cognition from a broad, but grounded moral sense that allows for valued comparisons.
