If you use Windows and are being prompted for DUO and after signing in you receive a message that your account can't be found this tip is for you. This also applies to shared email accounts. When you are prompted with the Microsoft Sign in window (see attached screenshot), click the link at the bottom to sign in with another account. For the user field, delete jmuad\your-username and replace it with your email address.
