For myself, I’m not sure I feel burnt out by the pandemic as tired. Life to borrow from the Dead, is a long strange trip and things like the pandemic and aging and coming to grips with what is, isn’t and might be is quite the process😳😉

One piece that stood out was that therapist's defense immaturity was associated with vicarious trauma and professional doubts during the pandemic, which is in line with anecdotal experience of burnout among therapists since the pandemic began.
