Hi Nick,

Many thanks for sharing this. I love the play on relationality relative to rationality and the focus you give to dialogue at the end. I enjoyed this essay and strongly recommend it.

Best,

Gregg

Hi friends

I've witnessed some fiery communications here and elsewhere over the last few days - which inspired me to write this piece.

I’ve been meaning to share more thinking on our work in ‘relational fields’ and ‘embodied wisdom’ - especially as they pertain to leadership that transforms our crises - and this seemed like a good moment to put pen to paper.

I hope it is of service - and big shouts out to Alison my partner, my mum and 3 sisters, and Adriana, my collaborator, for supporting the development of a modicum of embodied wisdom and relational intelligence in me.

Hugs, siempre

Nick
