I was an external reviewer for this dept (pre-covid). They have some
interesting and nice younger faculty there. And the CSU campuses all are in
dire need of faculty members from underrepresented groups.  I should also
add that Fullerton is in commuting distance (at least by So Cal standards)
from beach areas, e.g., Long Beach and nearby, if that sweetens the pot for
anyone. Even in very hot weather the beaches tend to remain
wonderfully cool. And although we have fires and earthquakes, we don't have
annual hurricanes.
