The Philosophy Department of UM-Flint has joined forces with some local neurosurgeons and have created a research institute called Center for Cognition and Neuroethics.  We are just getting a series of ongoing projects underway, including an annual conference and an online journal.  We are very much interested in work that examines ideas at the intersection between ethics and the neurosciences, as well as feminist and critical theorists' critiques of established neuroethical ideas (broadly defined).  I have attached the Call for Papers for the conference as well as the Call for Submissions for the new journal.
