Hello FEAST-ers,

Please forgive the not-obviously-feminist nature of this query. I find
myself in need of some information on very short notice, and I'm hoping that
some of you will be willing to help me out. Please reply to me off-list.

I have two questions regarding different models of shared governance at
colleges/universities, one very specific, one very general:

1) does your college/university have some form of faculty meeting where
faculty meet without administrators present? If so, could you describe
those meetings (i.e., frequency, who sets agenda, etc.) briefly?

2) does your institution have structures of shared governance that you think
work particularly well? If so, could you provide me with a brief
description of them and how/why they succeed?

Thanks for any information you can throw my way --

Best
Ann
