Greetings, all. I have been traveling so much that perhaps I missed it. Could someone clarify whether or not the FEAST program has been announced? I had not heard it was released, and would love to know if the panel I took part in proposing is on it.

Subject: CFP 2nd FEAST special issue of Hypatia
Hi All - The 2nd FEAST special issue of Hypatia will be based on the 2009 FEAST conference. It will appear in October 2011. I write to describe plans for the issue, which I will edit, and to invite you to submit your work for it.
Our program committee has organized the program in a new format, and I am taking advantage of their great planning to lend some thematic unity to the 2nd FEAST issue. The two keynote speakers, Ofelia Schutte and Joan Tronto, have agreed to submit their papers for the special issue. Ofelia's title is "Engaging Latin American Feminisms Today: Methods, Theory, Practice," and she tells me to mention 'ethnicity' and 'globalization' as keywords. Joan's title is "Care Ethics from the Bottom Up: Caring as a Global Issue," and her keywords are 'care' (with emphasis on post-colonial care ethics) and 'global justice.' There will also be two panels of distinguished speakers. Chris Cuomo, Trish Glazebrook, and Chaone Mallory will speak on environmental feminism. Carla Fehr, Letitia Meynell, and Anya Plutynski will speak on evolutionary psychology. The members of these panels have also agreed to submit their papers for the special issue.
I emphasize the topics of the keynotes and panels because I particularly want to encourage submissions bearing on these themes. The contents of the special issue will be structured around them.
Expanded versions of conference papers are welcome, but submitted papers need not have been presented at the 2009 conference. Completed manuscripts are due March 1, 2010. Please submit your work prepared for anonymous review and including an abstract to [log in to unmask] Submitted papers should follow Hypatia guidelines: http://depts.washington.edu/hypatia/submission_guidelines.shtml.
Hoping to see you in Florida, Diana
