1) You will be able to add officially only 10 members to the  team officially in FIRST dashboard and also in the Team Info sheet  or present  during Competition Judging Sessions on Tournament Day. .

Beyond that , there is no constraint who attends the internal team meetings and it totally internal to your team and you...

2)  Ideally, the team members who are part of your registered team are encouraged to build and complete all the activities related to that FLL team.  Involving additional hands is not recommended and defeats the purpose of the competition .

I had a new coach from a new team ask this question. "We had 11 students show up for tryouts. Can we invite one students to come to meetings, but not the competition?"

Can parents or other volunteers help a team build the models in the Challenge Set?
