Game Update 17 talks about this, obliquely:
17 - QUILT ACCESSORIES
If you're sending the quilts out, kept together by ANY part, make sure
you are following Rule 10, Bullet 4, and Rule 11.
The key issue is rule 11 -- the gravity test. Your team may NOT use a
rubberband or other object to hold the quilts together so tightly that
they would not be able to separate easily by gravity.
Something that holds the quilts together loosely, so that they could
slide out if oriented appropriately (e.g. turned upside down) is
definitely okay.
