Also, it is important to be attentive to the target group.

Louise Antony and Ann Cudd have created an amazing mentoring program for
junior women faculty

This was based on the success of a similar program in Economics.

Liz Harman, Jill North and Liz Camp have created a mentoring program for
graduate women <https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=http-3A__uchv.princeton.edu_workshops_mentorship.php&d=BQIFaQ&c=eLbWYnpnzycBCgmb7vCI4uqNEB9RSjOdn_5nBEmmeq0&r=Oo4TCJF8pXcsWPDC7Sy8bdP2IJ6ZbST0v2xdYtuNH80&m=bn9RGPPebHRPnllGmpkJrY5H44z8FAbWrsigyVn9aug&s=uPYbk8BR8mU1tLtIZBa_qG-sczTqGjJ_5wVeXKe2cs8&e= >.

PIKSI <https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__piksi-2Dboston.mit.edu_&d=BQIFaQ&c=eLbWYnpnzycBCgmb7vCI4uqNEB9RSjOdn_5nBEmmeq0&r=Oo4TCJF8pXcsWPDC7Sy8bdP2IJ6ZbST0v2xdYtuNH80&m=bn9RGPPebHRPnllGmpkJrY5H44z8FAbWrsigyVn9aug&s=uTJ7RFTci6vsMk805d0x44VDL2doEWSFW7LKlGLndEc&e= >offers mentoring for undergraduates.

These are all tremendously successful programs. Perhaps they could provide
models for other programs?
