For those of you attending the conference in October, I have a few updates about hotel registration for the conference: If you want to book a room with two beds, it is probably best to make the reservation over the phone. They have also added a block of rooms for the night of the 6th. Finally, they were initially charging one night to hold the room, which they have now corrected so that they are just holding rooms with the credit card information. Call the hotel directly if you have any issues with your reservation. Remember that conference registration rates are lower before August 20th. Rooms need to be booked by September 2nd. There will be a gender-neutral bathroom next to the sales office on the ground floor.
