My department (Ohio Wesleyan University Philosophy Department) is scheduled
to undergo an external review in 2019/2020.  In January, we need to suggest
the names of appropriate external reviewers to our provost.

Can anyone suggest people with experience in doing external reviews who
would be attentive to issues related to diversity?
